• West Virginia, North Carolina Guard join cyber exercise

    The West Virginia and North Carolina National Guard and representatives from state and federal agencies fielded a U.S. team in the world’s largest international cyber defense exercise, run virtually by the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence in Tallinn, Estonia, April 19-21.
