    Members of the United Arab Emirates Air Operations Center visited the 727th Expeditionary Air Control Squadron (Kingpin), Aug. 24, 2020 here.     Joint, multinational exercise enhances capabilities against near-peer adversaries

    Throughout the week of Aug. 17, 2020, fighter jets, helicopters, a C-130 Hercules and more came together to train in a challenging and ever-changing environment. This was an exercise known as Gunfighter Flag (GFF) 20-1. This exercise leverages the unique airspace of the region to host a large scale employment of aircraft from Italy, Norway, the Netherlands, Singapore and Australia, as well as the U.S. Air Force, Navy and Army.

    Demonstrating airpower, bomber and fighter aircrew assigned and deployed to Pacific Air Forces launched four B-1 Lancers, two B-2 Spirit Stealth Bombers, and four F-15C Eagles and conducted Bomber Task Force missions simultaneously with joint and allied partners within the Indo-Pacific region over the course of 24 hours, August 17.
