US and Moroccan forces deliver medical care to 10,000 during African Lion 25

U.S. joint forces worked alongside Royal Moroccan Armed Forces (FAR) at the humanitarian civic assistance (HCA) field hospital May 11-23, 2025 to positively impact the health and well-being of the local communities near Anzi, Morocco. During that time, medical personnel from both nations provided free healthcare services to approximately 10,000 local residents.
