188th Wing Airman travels to Japan as part of nine-person team

U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Logan Barbee, a geospatial analyst with the 188th Wing, is currently on a temporary duty assignment in Japan working in the Bilateral Intelligence Analysis Cell. The Bilateral Intelligence Analysis Cell (BIAC) has quietly etched its place in history as the first-ever bilateral intelligence operation between the United States and Japan’s armed forces.
