Norquist Remarks

David Norquist, president and chief executive officer of the National Defense Industrial Association and the former deputy secretary of defense, addresses the crowd May 3 at the Defense Logistics Agency Supply Chain Alliance Conference and Exhibition in Richmond, Va.
