Signature Handshake

Colin H. Kahl, undersecretary of defense for policy, and Minister of State and Head of the Security House of the President of the Republic of Angola, Francisco Pereira Furtado, sign a joint declaration at the conclusion of talks at the Pentagon earlier this year. On Friday, Kahl said the U.S., allies and partners must work on integrated deterrence as a means of keeping China, Russia and terror groups in check.
