Airmen from Pacific Air Forces, the Washington Air National Guard and the Royal Thai Air Force begin discussions during the ninth annual Airman-to-Airman Talks, Pattaya, Thailand, July 29, 2022. Pacific Air Forces first began the A2AT program in 2012 and currently participates in bilateral air force talks with 13 nations.
