Laser Velocimetry

Laser velocimetry is being used to measure the gas flows in chemical vapor deposition reactors. These gas flow measurements can be used to improve industrial processes in semiconductor and optical layer deposition and to validate numerical models. The lab where this is taking place is at the NASA Langley Research Center.
