Austin Greeting

Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III meets with service members deployed to Qatar, who assisted with the Afghanistan evacuation, Sept. 7, 2021. Austin is meeting with Gulf state regional partners to thank them for their cooperation with the United States during the evacuation of Americans, Afghans and citizens from other nations.
