Kentucky Guard, Ecuador Share Disaster Response Tactics

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Seven members of the Ecuadorian armed services visited Kentucky recently to learn more about how the Kentucky National Guard responds to emergencies and to share their own disaster response techniques.
