• Caribbean Hurricane Awareness Tour 2023

    The 403rd Wing’s 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron recently completed the Caribbean Hurricane Awareness Tour, in which the public had the opportunity to learn about the aerial weather reconnaissance mission and the importance of being prepared for the upcoming hurricane season.

  • AFRC Wing at Travis delivers humanitarian aid to Haiti

    A Reserve aircrew from the 301st Airlift Squadron performed a three-day mission Sept. 23 – 25, to move humanitarian cargo to Haiti. Through the Denton Program, three school buses donated from San Diego Unified School District were transported from March Air Reserve Base, California, to Haiti.

  • British Movers visit Port Dawgs

    British Royal Air Force Reserve’s 4624th Squadron, known as “Movers”, visit to 41st Aerial Port Squadron, Port Dawgs located at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi, April 21-25 conduct some combined air transportation interoperability and agile combat employment training.

    From Sept. 7-9 the Joint Air Power Competence Centre (JAPCC) hosted their annual Conference convening the NATO Airpower community at Essen, Germany. The presentations and discussions were focused on the topic of Delivering NATO Air and Space Power at the speed of relevance.
