David Allvin hosted an office call with Royal Thai Air Force Air Chief Marshal Punpakdee Pattanakul in the Pentagon, Aug. 20, 2025, to reaffirm the strong and enduring U.S.-Thai alliance. During the meeting, Allvin presented Punpakdee with a Legion of Merit in recognition of his outstanding contributions to U.S.-Thai defense cooperation.
