EUGENE H. PARK

Mr. Eugene H. Park serves as the Executive Director to the Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs, Department of the Air Force, Arlington, Virginia. In this capacity, he provides strategic guidance on international policy and programs for the Department of the Air Force, encompassing both the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force. His portfolio includes political-military affairs, security assistance, technology and information disclosure, international education and training, exercises, cooperative research and development, senior leader engagements, and management of the Department’s Foreign Liaison Office.

Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Park served as Director of People Operations at Govini, a national security-focused software company headquartered in Arlington, Virginia. There, he directed human resources strategy and operations in support of advanced data analytics solutions for U.S. government clients, particularly in the areas of defense acquisition and national security.

Mr. Park is a U.S. Army veteran who commissioned into the Adjutant General's Corps. He held leadership assignments in Korea, Afghanistan, Germany and the United States, specializing in human resources, logistics and strategic operations. He deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and coordinated multinational logistics during United Nations peacekeeping operations in South Sudan. Mr. Park later transitioned to the Foreign Area Officer program and served as Deputy Director of the Foreign Area Officer Program at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California.

Mr. Park is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and Mandarin Chinese.
