U.S., Thailand sign landmark information exchange agreement

The Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force, International Affairs, Kelli L. Seybolt , and the Director-General of Thailand’s Defence Science and Technology Department, Lt. Gen. Somkiat Sampan, signed a milestone agreement June 1 to collaborate on defense technologies during a virtual ceremony.
